1. We do not have contracts with medical aids. This means we do not submit claims on behalf of members, and you will need to settle your account directly with us. However, you can still claim from your own medical aid independently.

2. We specialize in Orthodontics and do not provide general dental services. For treatments like fillings, extractions, and crowns, please consult a regular dentist. Our focus is solely on Braces and Invisalign.

3. Our practice is located in Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa.

4. Our consultation fee is R1500.00, which does not include records (photographs and x-rays). The total cost for the first visit, including consultation and records, can range from R5000 to R6500.

5. Payment plans and treatment costs can only be determined after an evaluation. We cannot provide this information beforehand.

6. We do not operate after hours, on weekends, or on public holidays.
